Steven H. Bohner, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance

Steven Bohner is Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies.  He is responsible for the Company’s overall financial functions and strategic financial planning.  Mr. Bohner is also a key member of the new business development and expansion opportunities for AmeriHealth Mercy, specifically responsible for financial management oversight. 

Working closely with the Company’s Partnership Board on several committees, Mr. Bohner plays an integral part in the development of strategic and annual operating goals for the Company. He also oversees the corporate treasury function and actively seeks opportunities to maximize cash flow and investment return.

Mr. Bohner has almost 20 years of accounting and finance experience. He received a BS degree in Accounting and Finance from Davis and Elkins College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
